Cancellation Policy
Please contact us at least 48 hours in advance to cancel or reschedule your session. Cancellations or rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours before the scheduled session will result in a non-refundable $75.00 cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the service fee, which is non-refundable and due regardless of the reason for cancellation or failure to appear. By booking a session, you acknowledge and agree to this Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy.
